A unique opportunity to dine in a nearby vineyard. After a short tour of the Domaine Allegria winery with their very charming owners Delphine and Ghislain, you'll enjoy their chilled rosé with canapés. Then you'll sit down to a delicious 3-course meal overlooking the vines, accompanied by their award-winning wines. It's a truly magical experience.

KAYAKING
(TUESDAYS)
Each week, we head to Roquebrun — often described as one of the most beautiful villages in France — for a gentle kayak along the River Orb, followed by a relaxed restaurant lunch. Drifting downstream through crystal-clear water, surrounded by fish, birds and unspoilt nature, is a wonderfully calming experience. Midway, there’s time to stop for a swim — and a glass of well-chilled rosé — before continuing on your way.

POOL PARTY!

On Saturday afternoons, we pump up the music and the inflatable flamingoes, start shaking those cocktails and go into full party mode. Local gay friends join the clothing-optional fun - a chance for everyone to mix and match and properly get to know each other.

POOL BBQ DINNER

Every Wednesday night we host a delicious BBQ Dinner by the pool under the stars. Alex will be barbecuing mouth-watering marinated meats, served up with Greg's tasty and very healthy salads - accompanied by garlic bread, a home-made desert and of course our favourite reds, whites and rosés.

We'll be taking up to 14 guests on a big and very private catamaran along the coast at beautiful Sète. With music and cocktails flowing, you'll enjoy a delicious lunch while soaking up the sun. WINE & OYSTER CRUISE

Climb aboard with local wine expert Amber and skipper Antoine for a speedboat adventure through Sète’s beautiful canals and out across the vast oyster beds of the Thau Lagoon. Learn how oysters are grown as you glide through the tables, then enjoy a relaxed, guided tasting on-board of some of the Languedoc’s most delicious wines. Round it all off with lunch at a lagoon-side restaurant.
