Frequently Asked Questions
Where can I park?
There is often parking on the street just outside Cinq & Sept’s front entrance. And there is also a large free car park just 1 minute walk from our garden gate. Your car should be safe left in either location.
Can I swim and sunbathe naked?
Yes. We are in a village, and so our garden and pool are slightly overlooked by neighbours. However, we feel comfortable being naked in the garden ourselves. But it is, ultimately, up to you.
How often are suites cleaned and linen changed?
We are not a hotel as such - so we do not clean your suite and change the linen every day. We offer a free suite clean and new linen every week - for those visitors staying with us for more than 7 nights. You can, however, request an extra clean and new linen - this costs €30 for new linen and towels, and €50 for a full suite clean.
Do you provide internet access?
Yes. Free broadband WIFI internet access is provided in all our suites, and is also available in the garden and by the pool.
Do you serve breakfast?
No. There are two superb bakeries in the village, only a minute walk away, and of course, you have a kitchen to prepare anything you would like.

Should I hire a car?
Yes. Most of the great things to see and do near us require a car to get to. It will also make getting to and from airports / train stations much easier and cheaper.
Are there any shops in the village?
Yes. Roujan is the biggest village in the area, and has 2 small supermarkets, a pharmacy, a bank and ATM machine, a café, 2 restaurants, 2 bakeries, 2 butchers, a pizza outlet, a kebab shop, a florist, and 2 newsagents.

Is there a pharmacy nearby?
Yes. There is a large pharmacy in our village - about 5 minutes’ walk from Cinq & Sept.

Yes. There is a small bank and it has an ATM machine, so you can withdraw cash at any time. The bank is 30 seconds’ walk from us.
Do you have bikes or tennis racquets?
Yes. We have 2 mountain bikes and quite a few tennis racquets that we can lend to you for free.
Do you serve food?
Not really. We will be having the odd barbecue now and then, to which all our guests will be invited for a small fee. Cinq & Sept is a self-catering guest house, so you can cook your own meals in your suite, or prepare simple snacks in our summer kitchen.
Do you serve drinks?
No. However, bottles of wine and soft drinks and glasses are available in our summer kitchen, so you can enjoy a drink in the garden or by the pool whenever you like.
When is check-in and check-out?
We ask that you check in any time after 4pm, and check out any time before 11am. However, these times are negotiable, depending on other bookings. Please just ask if you’d like to check in before 4pm or check out after 11am. You can also leave bags with us should you need to.

Possibly - depending on other bookings. There may well be no one booked in your suite after you, or possibly another suite may be free.
